Colorado Parks and Wildlife

In 2018, Jodi Stemler Consulting was contracted to research, write and manage design for the 2019-2023 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) for Colorado Parks and Wildlife. To receive state funding through the Land and Water Conservation Fund, states must develop a SCORP every five years. CPW’s goal for the 2019 SCORP was to create a more readable document that would help coordinate the activities of all recreation and conservation partners throughout the state.
