Working Lands for Wildlife Forums
In 2016, Jodi Stemler Consulting is organizing two forums on NRCS’s Working Lands for Wildlife Program for PFC, a national forum in Denver in May and an eastern regional forum in West Virginia in November. Jodi facilitated the Denver meeting and wrote the follow up report for the meeting.
Sage Grouse Roundtable
In July 2015, Jodi Stemler Consulting helped coordinate a roundtable in Helena, MT that brought together ranchers with Chief Jason Weller of the Natural Resources Conservation Service to discuss sage grouse conservation. In addition, Jodi has helped PFC write media materials supporting the important role of private landowners in ensuring sustainable populations of grouse.
