This report for the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies summarized the current siting authorities for all 50 states and outlined any existing wildlife considerations in place for wind siting. The research was used extensively during the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Wind Turbine Guidelines Advisory Committee discussions.
