April Outdoor News Bulletin Posted
Today we posted the April Outdoor News Bulletin for the Wildlife Management Institute. Stories this month on Gulf Coast riparian assessments, grassland conversion, wolf population assessments and more.
The Wildlife Management Institute’s Outdoor News Bulletin went live today. Articles about sessions and workshops at the North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference, leadership training and grant opportunities, a new conservation framework for important species in Texas, and much more. It also spotlights two awards that WMI’s latest publication, Ducks, Geese & Swans of North America received.
The article I wrote about our recent pheasant hunt in South Dakota was the feature article in The Outdoor Wire today! Very excited about this story as it’s my first “travel writing” style article. Click the link at the top to see a photo gallery from our hunt (All photos are copyrighted – credits to Jodi Stemler, Andrew Johnson, Britney Starr and Anthony Hauck) and then click on the link to read the story!
Today Backcountry Hunters & Anglers released the report that I did for them – Our Public Lands-Not for Sale. I’m really excited to see this report go live, it was a fun project for a great group of folks on an issue I care a lot about! Check out their press release and a link to the report on their website, or on mine!
